Meatball Madness recipe

When you are making an Italian dish that would be best served with some delicious meatballs, you will want to make this meatball madness meatballs. These great meatballs will compliment your dish and make a big hit with anyone that has the privilege of tasting them. Ingredients List:

1.5 lb hamburger
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp pepper
1 white onion, chopped and sautéed
2 jars spaghetti sauce

Directions:

You will mix together the hamburger meat, onions, bread crumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. You will want to mix everything together until it is completely blended. Take out your large pot and warm your spaghetti sauce in it on a medium heat. Roll your meatballs into balls which are the size that you want them to be. Place them into your pot of spaghetti sauce and cover the pot with a lid.

Turn down the heat to low and check the meatballs after 45 minutes. If they aren't done at 45 minutes, check them every 10 minutes thereafter until they are cooked all the way through. Once the meatballs are completely cooked, you can scoop them out and eat them with your favorite pasta dish. You can also use them on a meatball sandwich, or with garlic bread.

When your family tastes these meatballs, they will want to eat them on a regular basis. One thing you can do is to double the recipe and freeze half of them in the freezer for future use. This way you can always have meatballs on hand.
